Courtney Hoette applies 16 years of accounting experience to providing accurate, timely and relevant financial data for BEX leaders to make impactful, real-time business decisions. Prior to joining BEX in 2023, she served as chief operating officer, chief financial officer, controller, auditor and in other accounting integration and analysis roles within the construction, pharmaceutical, banking and professional services industries.

Hoette’s skills help elevate access to critical financial data through her speed of service and in-depth industry knowledge, from software assessment and applications to work-in-process accounting, construction payables/receivables, payroll and lien waivers. She appreciates being part of a team where she can work hard with integrity and has the opportunity to listen to customers to support position BEX in delivering the best service possible.

Hoette graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a master of business administration (MBA) degree and from Fontbonne University with a bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in accounting.
