Since 2019, Meredith Greene has been integral to the rapid growth and success of BEX Construction Services, ranked in 2023 as St. Louis’ fifth-fastest growing private company based on a two-year growth rate of 232%. She advanced from Office Manager to Director of Administration and Human Resources in four years, contributing substantially to BEX’s eight-fold growth.

Greene helps drive processes, systems and organizational development for BEX Construction Services to align action with desired results. She leads the human resources department and staffing for rapid growth, organizes the firm’s community engagement and giving, and strengthens the firm’s thriving culture.

Prior to her career in construction, Greene led operations for retail stores in 14 markets across California, Oregon and Washington, successfully driving key performance indicators. Greene earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with emphases in political science, history and communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
