Tim Marstall, BEX vice president-engineering, is known for his positive energy and versatility. He has amassed more than 30 years of construction management experience, primarily in the St. Lous region and Indianapolis. His project management experience spans commercial, educational/institutional, health care, industrial/process, retail, warehouse and parking facilities.

Marstall spearheads the development and implementation of process innovations to support BEX Construction Services’ rapid growth. A graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in construction management, Marstall has worked at progressive levels of project management since 1990.

Marstall also supports and grows the BEX culture through his example and advocacy of the firm’s principal values captured in the BEX Shield: Service. Hard work. Integrity. Experience. Listen. Deliver.

His leadership aims to keep attention focused on those values to deliver quality work on time and to each client’s ultimate satisfaction.

Contributions: Marstall participates in several local construction industry associations and has served as a community volunteer with Child Center Advocacy of Northeast Missouri, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Coaches vs. Cancer, sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

Fun: After playing in a bottle cap league in the alleys of St. Louis in his 20s, Marstall now pursues water skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, golfing and tennis.
