BUILD TO SUIT
Clear to Launch Corporate Headquarters
241 Hanley Industrial Court, Brentwood, Mo.
When Clear to Launch Business Solutions imagined a new national headquarters to accommodate its growing digital marketing business, it turned to BEX Construction Services and Baalman Architects as its design-build partners.
The sleek metal façade with weathered stone veneer and wood cladding creates a striking elevation for the 23,372-square-foot office-entertainment facility on the 1.02-acre site.
The reconfigurable first floor features large open spaces for business and recreational gatherings with a wood-burning stove, TrackMan golf simulator bay and a four-hole putting green. An entertainment wall boasts four 85-inch TVs and a 220-inch projector screen. Other features include a float tank room, full-service bar, full kitchen, restrooms, and locker rooms with showers.
The second floor mezzanine encompasses a conference room, eight additional offices and restrooms. Two stairways, one equipped with a chairlift, provide second floor access.
A parking garage on the north side of the main structure accommodates 10 vehicles. The site also accommodates 14 additional surface parking spaces. The garage roof features a railed outdoor terrace, reached from the mezzanine.
The one-year project was completed in December 2023.
“BEX clearly understood our vision and educated us about our options with ideas to get the look we wanted within our budget and desired aesthetics. We have a space that we love going to work in every day that has proven to be a successful venue for our own business events and as a rented venue for business meetings, events and seminars.”

“Clear to Launch’s building footprint consumes nearly the entire site. The stone, timber and tongue-in-groove metal exterior conveys the strength of Clear to Launch’s cutting-edge brand,” said BEX Project Manager Tim Marstall. “Inside, we created highly convertible space that Clear to Launch uses for events that enable people to gather together in ways that enhance the firm’s digital marketing strengths.”
