BEX completed a gut renovation of the former Steak ‘N Share headquarters, built in 1984, in five-and-a-half months.
6,700-square-foot renovation supports excellent team collaboration with a new lobby vestibule, conference room, 14 private offices, print room and kitchen on the first floor and a second floor space that accommodates larger gatherings and future office expansion.
BEX rebuilt outdated windows and restored the building’s structural framing. Old HVAC rooftop units were removed and new electrical, fiber, ductwork, plumbing, insulation and drywall were installed.
Metal storage building planned for .75-acre site will enable staging of equipment and materials.

Completion in just 12 weeks accelerated time-to-market for highly flexible and agile office solution developed by Edison Spaces.
19,500 sq. ft. space features 38 offices and two conference rooms with Zoom Room platform.
Work scope included drywall, flooring, painting, tile, wall coverings and ceiling clouds plus nearly 50 keypad locksets to enable remote leasing and access.
Resolved multiple supply chain disruptions caused by the COVID pandemic with creative solutions and alternative methods, including the use of strategic overtime and temporary light fixtures while awaiting delivery of final fixtures.
