The $1.62 million facility remodel and expansion included a 4,600-square-foot showroom renovation and an 11,000-square-foot service facilities addition.

BEX’s preconstruction and design-build capabilities kept the project on the fast track for completion in eight months by resolving structural and other issues discovered during demolition.

BEX addressed site drainage issues with an effective concrete swale solution that keeps the service area dry by preventing water infiltration and creating positive drainage away from the building to the swale and stormwater collection.

BEX also expedited the resolution of lighting design questions on the site to ensure minimal lighting impact on neighboring residential zones.
