BEX completed a 23,876-square-foot renovation and addition to the 25-acre Gambrill Gardens multi-option retirement community, where 300 apartments are situated in six apartment buildings linked through internal walkways.

To enhance residential life, the owned invested $3.9 million in enhanced amenities to position the senior apartment community to compete effectively against brand new developments.

BEX constructed new dining facilities and kitchen, and built out reading and lounge spaces with fireplaces as well as a library, hair salon, game room and gym / workout space.

A graceful new weather-protected porte cochere was added, opening to a beautifully appointed reception area. Inviting outside patio spaces were also constructed, including one featuring brick pavers, a gas fire pit and a gas barbeque pit.

The project was completed in 2018.
