DISTRIBUTION / WAREHOUSE
Hazelwood Tradeport Building 1
4801 Trade Access Blvd., Hazelwood, MO 63042
This 252,300 sq. ft. logistical warehouse in NorthPoint Development’s Hazelwood Tradeport was BEX Construction Services’ first tilt-up construction project.
BEX fast-tracked foundations and building slab construction to beat the clock on winter weather for tilt-up panels.
Early completion of $7.9 million distribution center gave NorthPoint Development a jump on early leasing for this logistics warehouse.
Steel and concrete within each of the 114 tilt-up panels weighed 80 tons; typical panel measured 55 feet high x 26 feet wide x 9 inches thick.
36-foot interior clear heights for automated warehouse operations.
72 trailer stalls, 30 dock positions, four drive-in docks and ESFR sprinkler system.
Completed in only six-and-a-half months in early 2021.
